Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period if you are running late please be sure to notify me ASAP if not notified I will assume you will not make it and charge you as a no call no show.
I charge 100% service for no call no-shows.
cancellations not made within 48 hour of the schedule appointment time will be charged 50% of total services.
The card on file will be charged
If the card on file has insufficient funds you will be required to pay the percentage before making another appointment and updating your card information. Going forward you must leave a deposit (half of your service price) before booking any service this deposit will go towards your service if you do not show or cancel in the 48 hour window you will forfeit the deposit. And will be placed on a walk in only basis.
